Select from Edit - Random Scale and Rotate menu to open the Random Scale and Rotate
dialog box. You can also use keyboard menu shortcut. This option is active when at least one
layer is selected.
Random Scale Layers - If this option is checked selected layers will be randomly scaled. If you don't
want to change layers sizes randomly please enter the same values into both text boxes.
Random Rotate Layers - If this option is active program will rotate layers randomly. Negative angles
counts as a clockwise angles, positive angles are a contra clockwise angles.
Relative to Current Layer Angles - If this option is checked random angles will be added or subtracted
to current angles of layers. If this option is not checked the program will use absolute angle values,
where a layer with zero angle is vertical placed layer.
