Mazaika-Video can create video mosaic clips i.e. movies assembled from small clips.

The program divides source image into rectangles and seeks out the most similar clips to assemble an array of movie clips that resemble the source picture when you look from the distance.

System requirements:
Mac computer with OS X 10.8 or later.
