Collection of 3500+ different actor faces for use with Mazaika as used in The Shining mosaic picture. Every picture is 70x85 pixels. This tile size is enough even to use with the full version of Mazaika to produce large high-resolution mosaics.

Note: this collection is not multipurpose - due to the natural color of cats, it has too many black, white, gray and light orange colors and has no green, blue, red or yellow colors at all. This is good for subjects like animal (especially cat) mosaics but is not always suitable for human faces.

Download the beer bottle label library of 1800 images (all about 64x64 pix) to use with my image mosaic program Mazaika. Because there are both portrait and landscape images collection, it would be wise to choose the square tile orientation when preparing the mosaic database. This way both portrait and landscape labels will be cropped as little as possible. Alternatively, you may sort portrait and landscape pictures into two different databases. (You have to do it manually).
